Terms of Service

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. Accounts are personal: keep your login safe and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. What the Service does

The studio trains a private AI model of your child from photos you upload (one per age range) and uses it to create themed portraits. The free AI tools (such as Photo Enhance, AI Baby Sticker, Drawing to Life, Our Baby Match and Ultrasound Baby) create images from a photo you upload, without training a model.

Results are generated by AI. They are artistic images, can vary, and may not look exactly like the people in your photos. Our Baby Match and Ultrasound Baby results are for fun only — they are not medical, genetic or any other kind of prediction, and are no substitute for professional advice.

3. Photos of children and other people

Each time you upload a photo, you confirm that:

• you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or have their permission;
• every adult pictured (for example both parents in Our Baby Match) has agreed to it;
• you have the rights needed to use the photo, and using it doesn't break any law or anyone's rights.

Training a private model of a child also requires the Child Photo & AI Model Consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• create any sexual, sexualised or exploitative content involving a minor — we have zero tolerance, remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities;
• upload photos of a child or adult without the authority or permission described above;
• create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, or that impersonates or deceives (for example fake images of real people presented as real);
• abuse free tries or welcome credits (for example with multiple accounts, scripts or bots), or overload, probe or disrupt the Service;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service or its models.

We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content and results

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the Service to you (including by our service providers), for as long as needed to do so.

As between you and us, you own the portraits and tool results created for you and may use them for personal and non-commercial purposes such as printing, framing and sharing with family and friends. AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright in every country, and similar images may be created for other users.

6. Plans, credits and free tries

• Studio: training models and creating studio portraits require an active Starter or Pro subscription. Each plan includes monthly photo credits and one model training per month; extra trainings can be bought. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Credits: one credit creates one studio portrait; AI tools cost 1–4 credits per run as shown on the button. A plan's monthly credits reset at the start of each monthly period (unused ones don't carry over) and end with the plan. Credits bought in packs never expire and are used after your monthly credits. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred and end when your account is deleted.
• Welcome credits: new accounts get a one-time bonus of free credits for the AI tools. They don't renew and are only given once per person.
• Free tries: without an account, each AI tool can be tried once per person. Free tries and welcome credits share one limit, and we may limit or pause them at any time, for example when demand is high. Bought credits and plans aren't affected.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

7. Failed results and refunds

If a portrait, training or tool run fails on our side, the credit or training it used is returned automatically. Because results are created on demand, payments are otherwise non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If something went wrong, email [email protected] and we'll look at it.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Account & privacy; this deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy and ends any subscription without a refund of the current period. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or when we stop offering the Service, in which case we'll give reasonable notice where possible.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Paper Street Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US$50 if that is more). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Your responsibility

You agree to cover claims and costs arising from photos you upload without the required rights or permissions, or from your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes go to the courts of Delaware, except where consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and tell you about significant changes before they apply. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
