Child Photo & AI Model Consent

Before we train a private AI model from photos of a child, their parent or legal guardian gives this consent in the studio, once per child. We record who agreed, for which child, the version and the date. You can see and withdraw your consents in Account & privacy.

1. I have the right to consent
I am my child's parent or legal guardian, or I have their parent's or legal guardian's permission, and I am at least 18 years old.
2. What the photos are used for
I allow Paper Street Labs LLC to use the photos I upload of my child to train a private AI model for each age range I choose. The model learns my child's appearance so the studio can create portraits of my child for my account only.
3. What they are never used for
The photos and models are never used to train general or public AI models, never used to identify my child or anyone else, never sold, and never used for advertising.
4. Who processes them
Our service providers process the photos and models only on our behalf: fal.ai trains the model, RunPod runs the image generation and Microsoft Azure stores the files.
5. How long they are kept
Training photos and models are kept until I delete them, delete my child's profile, delete my account or withdraw this consent. They are then removed from our live systems right away and from any backups within 30 days.
6. I can withdraw at any time
I can withdraw this consent in Account & privacy. Withdrawing deletes my child's training photos and models. Portraits already created stay in my account until I delete them.
